Exercise 5. Circular movement with arms - 2
Variant of the previous exercise. Change the position of the hands through a circular motion to the sides. Inhale - hands lie along the body towards the head. Exhale - arms lie along the body towards the legs. Starting position: lying on your back. As you inhale, raise your hands behind your head through the sides. On the exhale we lower back. Breathing is calm, movements in the rhythm of breathing. Repetitions: 5-7 times, Fig. 6-8.
